Print a config page and see what IP address it has, then type the URL in your web browser like this: http://10.5.4.50 (example) This should take you to the web config page.

Also, you have to set the printer to spool on a workstation or server.

Use the add a printer wizard:

1. Choose "Local printer attached to this computer"
do not check the "automatically detect and install option

2. Click Next.

3. Select "Standard TCP/IP Port"

4. Type in the IP address on the printed config page

5. Choose HP JetDirect

6. install the drivers

7. Share the printer on the network

What you just did is set up that workstation as a print server.

you can now print to that printer from your other workstations via a UNC path. Run the "add a printer wizard" on the other workstations and choose "Network Printer." The path to the printer will be like this:

\\workstation\printerName

replace "workstation" with the name of the workstation that you set the networked printer up on and "printerName" with the shared printer name.

Let me know if this helps.
