what i want to know is how much more memory can i add and secondly what memory chips will be compatible for my PC.
i was hoping too add 1 gig of ram whether that be on one stick or two 512 sticks.
plz all the information is much appreciated

From the looks of that report your motherboard will support a max of 4 gigs with each slot excepting a max of 1gig stick.

You are now running 2 sticks of 256mb pc3200.

If you are running a dual channel board you should get a dual channel kit, 2 sticks of 512mb each

I would goto corsair or crucial.com and use there memory configuater, this will tell you what ram to purchase.

Download Everest from my sig and post either the motherboard model or the computer manufacturer and model. I agree with Doby, you are better off getting a matched pair of 512 MB sticks. But you should check if they have been tested and guaranteed compatible with the RAM manufacturer, as RAM from some companies are sometimes just not compatible even if they are the correct spec.
