hi guys!!!
the problem am facing is that preeviously i used old monitor hooked with graphic card which i guess completed his days and finally was off or goner...... i cant see a thing on it ...
now i bought a new monitor (HP)
but the problem am facing is that when ever i hook my moniter to graphic card . it wont show a single thing from the start and shows check ur cabel(error)
kindly tell me what to fo as i have checked my card from the various shops but the answer was we cant repaire even its a minor damage((((
what to do???

Sounds like your Graphics card has gone bust and there wasn't anything actually wrong with the old monitor. Try a visual inspection of the capacitors on your graphics card and make sure they aren't swollen. (Capacitors look like little batteries on the circuitboard)
