HI All. New to this forum, hoping I may get some help. Am I in the right place for this question?. What I am trying to do is:- I have an email address that I send to all the time but have to make small changes to. It is going to an online fax server. With Outlook express I could have the address and edit the part of the number that needed to be changed. I have since gone to Outlook for syncronisation reasons, but it does not seem to be able to do this. If you try to change the address the cursor just moves from one end of the address to the other. Is there something I can do to be able to edit the address in the TO field before sending. Thankyou in advance. Cheers, James:4-dontkno

Hi James, When the address is in the To box, double click on it. The details are then in a seperate window. Edit as usual and click on the OK button.
