When my computer starts up its a Toshiba satellite, it keep's on coming up with 'installation for first time use' then it restarts then keeps on doing this repeatedly, I had to use the restore disk as a error =0x0 was in one of my disks and had no other option but to use the restore disk, now i have used it this message keep's on coming up help please someone!!!:upset::upset:
