My computer is having trouble shutting down and entering sleep mode
When I try to shut it down or restort the screen sometimes gets stuck in the now shutting down
and when i try to enter sleep mode the screen goes blank but the computer won't enter sleep
I have windows vista home premium service pack 1
on a compaq presario pc SR5250NX
