hi, every time i go to convert ( like win AVI video ) something the computer restarts it self

can someone tell me how to fix it or something

do you have any other apps running when you click convert?

if you receive no error message on the reboot check heat and power

uninstall and reinstall the program

would it be something to do with drivers

it could be any number of things,we need to narrow it down to pin point it
