It's 380w Peak on the 12v rails, at 25c a temp you'll never see once you turn it on, 500w Peak once you add in the other rails, the continuous rating which is what you want is about 15-20% less then 500w or 400-425w at the actual operating temp.
can u hep me find a psu for aound $30 that can power my rig with a 9600 gso.

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E7200 @ 2.53, Motherboard: Foxconn M7PMX-S, Memory:1x ADATA 2GB, Graphics Card: 7300 gt, Hard Drive:1x 80GB
Not for $30 that's what you have now, a decent supply will be in the $60-$80 range.
What brand 9600 card?
evga and i need a psu for about $30 - $50.
Here's the one I would normally recommend for a 9600 card, the one you have now is $30, cheaper supplies will run the card for a while but for long term you need a quality supply.

Look for a used one on Ebay, sometimes will get one that was pulled for a larger card it's rare but possible.
