Have you installed a bluetooth devise to your laptop ?
Does your laptop already have bluetooth on it ?
Only thing i can think of at this stage is to unintall any bluetooth devises which is currently installed on the laptop.
To do this:
Start -> Controle pannel -> add / remove programs -> look for a bluetooth devise, ether one you have installed or one the laptop has come with pre installed, -> Uninstall
