Help in buying a mobo/vid card

Lets just say in my old setup my processor burned out and the technology was out of date so i'm looking to be more updated. My brother left me his processor which is an:

Intel® Core™2 Duo Desktop Processor E6550

And at a price range of under $200 i was wondering if anybody could help me pick out a new motherboard and video card. I'm somewhat into gaming still like counter-strike:source and older games but nothing too new.

but any suggestions would be very helpful

Do you need Memory? All boards listed are DDR2, and if your PSU is real old it might not have 24 pin Mobo and 4 pin CPU connectors.

Yes i have 4 gbs of DDR2 memory and i am looking at buying that PSU that dai suggested... and i think im going with..
