Help! I need help with getting on internet!! :(

Ok, well I have a laptop and a reg computer. I wanted to get internet on my laptop so I can download a program off of my cd. (and register becuase you have to) So i have a d-link router... I set it all up... I got onto my laptop and connected and everything!!! it says "you are connected.. connectivity: excellent.." etc... the only damn thing is that I cant connect to the internet. I did the diagnose connections problem thing and this is what i got...

Reset the router.. should be in the book... contact D link... there is more than a missed check box going on here... what did you do to generate the above report... Is the OS uptodate.. if your running WXP make sure you have spk2 onboard...
This seems like a networking problem, I will move this thread to networking
Your problem is that you have not set up the DNS servers, this is the first few lines in the error report.
Your computer has been assigned 192.168.0.100 your router, the gateway
is 192.168.0.1

If you open a command prompt and ping the router
ping 192.168.0.1 (you will see packets returned; this also proves you have a default route)
I am assuming that your router is a combined adsl modem/router.
Open Internet Exporer or firefox and browse to this address
http://192.168.0.1

go through your router setup. When the section for your ISP appears make sure to enter the correct addresses for your ISP's DNS servers.
To prove that this is DNS problem can you successfully visit a numeric address?
Try google below:
http://216.239.59.99/
If google appears then correctly set up your dns servers either in your router or in the tcp/ip properties, dns tab of network connections
