Hello and thanks for reading and for any help you can give me!!

first of all, excuse my poor english writing... and excuse my poor PC and informatic knowledge.

i have an bad infection since one week, you know, the one with the red background and the biological icon "your privacy is in danger", the three icons, the UC running 100% and the viruswebprotect.com directory...... and so one!

I read one of the solved thread and follow the instructions... not all, because, the helpers ask some log from the file.
I do :
1) download FixWareout.exe, ComboFix.exe and Smitfraudfix... and of course HijackThis.
2) launch Fixwareout, reboot and saved the "report.txt"
3) restart and boot into safe mode
4) Launch SmitfraudFix.exe and select option 2 Clean (no reboot needed) and saved "rapport.txt"
5) didn't manage to go to Control Pane>Display>Desktop>Customize Desktop>web>now to Uncheck Everything and delete if present:
• "Security Info"
• "Warning Message"
• "Security Desktop"
• "Warning Homepage"
• "Desktop Uninstall"
I couldn't also make sure the 'Lock desktop items' box is unticked.
6) Reboot into normal mode
7) launch SmitfraudFix.exe ant select option 3 Delete trusted zone
8) couldn't afford to run : ""%userprofile%\desktop\combofix.exe" /killall" but launch combofix.exe and save the log.

The virus seems to be erased, but, even if i am a little parano, i would like to be sure, so, if somebody have patience to drive me deeper in security, thank a lot!!

excuse-me again for my low level in english, hope to be understandable!!
