HELP!! "Error 17: File Not Found" for Windows Vista & Widows XP Professional
Hi,
Yesterday, i didn't knw what my little brother had pressed at my laptop for his sch work, it hanged! I tried to reboot.. BUT IT DIDN'T WORK @ ALL! :upset:
I am using partition for both Win Vist & WinXP Pro. Now both are not rebooting. Instead i received messages for my WinXP Pro as such:
Booting 'Windows XP Professional'
find --set-root /bootmgrv
(hd0,1)
Filesystem type is ntfs, partition type 0x17
hide
find --set-root /ntldr
Error 17: File not found
Press any key to continue...
& messages for my Win Vista as such:
Booting 'Windows Vista'
find --set-root /ntldr
Error 17: File not found
Press any key to continue...
Please anyone help me on these problem i'm facing if possible, i'm so afraid of losing all my important documents in the harddisk. I really hope anyone please kindly assist me on these! :1angel:
