Hello, I am using a template in Joomla called 'Retro Star', and I can't find where to change the logo. I have tried looking through the CSS file and read somewhere that to change a logo in a theme to edit the section div#logo, although I can't find this in the CSS file, so I don't know what to do. If anyone could help me it would be appreciated, thank you!

Can you please attach a couple of .txt documents with the CSS theme and the HTML code onto here, please? We need to be able to see the code in order to help at all. Normally it's listed under as #header, #logo, #banner, or similar.

Just to clarify, this is the theme you're talking about, right?

hit CTRL-F whilst viewing the code and search for "logo.png", once you find that, that's the file which is acting as the banner on the site. Just replace that with your own file.

I always cheated by looking for the image folder and replace their logo with mine. This bypassed the scripts. The only problem is when the template gets updated their logo comes back.

Jeez, you certainly are a certifiable lazy bum! :p

To continue from what sobeit said, it may be easier to do that, but It's normally good practise to find the references to it in the code anyway.

It's much better to look through the code and become familiar with it. It's your site; you need to get to know the code very well. It's always good to tinker a template, provided that the author allows it, just to see what does what.
