Folders called $NtUninstall are usually MS patches and Service Packs.
It does sound like you have some kind of infection. Please do not click on any pop up that may suggest downloading some software.
Please start here and follow the instructions.

The scanners we ask you to run are stand alone so you should be able to produce at least one log.
Do not post your logs back in this thread - follow the guidance in the above link!
