Hello, My name is Carol. Im a mom of 6 and grandma of 6 and one more on the way. I accidentally found this site. I was having trouble with my computor slowing down. Then suddenly I started having trouble with adds popping up when I got online. All the adds stemmed from Outerinfo. As I was deleting the cookie it would reappear again before my eyes. This is an old computor that my daughter gave me and passed through a few hands. It has Windows XP home on it but its illegal and I do have a legal copy but my computor wont let me put it on top of the one I have on here. I came because I need help. I already started by getting rid of anything that appeared to be an old or new spy bot program. I opened my cookie file and got rid of all old and recent cookies. I did this one at a time, and like I said that one cookies would come back on before I finished. Im not toooo computor savy so I will need to talk to someone patient. :wave: Im so happy to find a site like this.

lol wow, thanks . Thats beautiful. Thank you all for a warm welcome. I dont consider myself to be a computer guroo but I do enjoy learning computer stuff. My daughter works on computers but works in another state, and goes to school too. Its great to be able to talk to people about these things.
