What is the primary purpose of the upgrade? Given the age of the hardware you wouldn't want to use a high end card. It would be a waste and the power supply couldn't support it. If you're just looking for something that is better than the onboard video you can do that fairly cheaply but again the power supply will be a factor. You'll want a lower end PCIe x16 card.

The card is installed inside of the PC, it plugs into the PCI-express x16 slot. Personally I would go for a lower power video card possibly older generation than is currently available. You'll be pretty limited due to the power supply. If the PC has at least a 300W power supply you can find low end cards that will work better than the onboard but again, the rest of the hardware is going to be a limiting factor as well.

You may want to consider just saving your money until you can afford a proper gaming system.

I would strongly suggest you replace that PSu before attempting to install a GPU. The power required is determined by the GPU selected.

You can use whatever GPU you want that your Mobo will accept but using any GPU with that PSU would not be recommended.
Using a low quality/underpowered PSU will eventually result in damage/failure and the GPU is commonly the first to suffer.
