Hello, I'm new. Slow computer.

Hi to all. :wave:
My computer has been acting strangely. I got a message about it being low on virtual memory all of a sudden and now it seems I cannot copy and paste. I ran HJT and here is my log. Please tell me if you see anything funny that could be causing my comp problems:
