I've researched file extension '41' and all I can find is that it's some kind of Apple file.
The exact description is Unknown Apple II File (found on Golden Orchard Apple II CD Rom)

Hi Mfaizi,

Any good programer's text editor will open most any file type and let you see what's in it. You can also go to 'COMMAND PROMPT' and type 'Type Path/Filename | More enter' and you can then scroll through the file with the space bar. That's the PIPE symbol, looks like a square Colon above the back slash key. Type 'Help Type' or 'Type /?' enter to see what options are available. Type 'Help' enter for a list of functions. Hope this helps a little.

Good Luck, Jim
