I will be buying another motherboard ASRock 775Twins-HDTV as it supports PCI-E and DDR1 memory which i already have.I can only use the onboard video if I have a VGA_HDMI card.It is not in the package as it is used one. Where can I buy one on ebay.

Give us the rest of your specs and we can see if we can find you a better alternative. Asrock makes pretty cheap boards so they are best avoided. stick with asus or gigabyte.

Your going to have a tough time finding that proprietary daughterboard.

I have a Pentium D 945, Two sticks of 1GB of DDR400, motherboard(Asus P5PE-VM), I am changing it because the northbridge is having problems.My PC just got 5 years

For that you could very easily get a mobo that supports ddr3 so I would skip trying to get anything ddr1 anymore.

I will not be able to buy from Newegg or TigerDirect etc... as they do not ship to Mauritius.
I will be able to buy only from shops that ships to Mauritius like ebay.
