I have two HDD. But, recently the Primary Master is not showing up in the boot priority list.

It is causing problems at boot time. My Linux OS in that HDD is not booting.

When, i boot from an OS in the primary slave or from a liveCd, i can mount the partitions from primary master. So, i guess, my HDD is working.

Please help.

Yes, of course there are OS partitions on both of them.
Things were working fine. No Hardware change has been made. All of the sudden this problem is occuring.
Code:
  # fdisk -l

Disk /dev/sda: 40.0 GB, 40020664320 bytes
255 heads, 63 sectors/track, 4865 cylinders, total 78165360 sectors
Units = sectors of 1 * 512 = 512 bytes
Sector size (logical/physical): 512 bytes / 512 bytes
I/O size (minimum/optimal): 512 bytes / 512 bytes
Disk identifier: 0x45634534

   Device Boot Start End Blocks Id System

Partition table entries are not in disk order

Brand & Model of both drives?
Remove the working Hdd and run the manufacturer's diagnostics on the problematic drive.
