I'm getting a lot of noise from my computer that I didn't really notice before. It's an Antec 900 case so it has plenty of ways for sound to get out and has fans running too. Anyways, I get this working/hiss noise whenever I move a window, scroll, etc. Sometimes when I even move my mouse. I looked around the web and it seems there is no definitive answer. It's just annoying really. I just built the damn thing. I mean, I didn't notice it before and now I do. I'm pretty sure my specs are in my profile. Any ideas?

No, not from the actual mouse, just the movement of the cursor on the screen makes the computer work or something. It really makes me think it might be the graphics card, seeing as how a lot of if not all of the sounds come from graphic activities. It's SUPER loud when I move objects around in Cinema 4d. Also, on a separate note, my hard drive is really loud for my tastes, is there such thing as a truly quiet hard-drive?

P.S. - I know my case isn't exactly sound-proof.

Same problem here as well.
When I move my mouse along the dock icons and anywhere on the browser the electrical hissing sound comes.
