I am running Win Vista with IE9...I go to my medical insurance site and they have a app called doctor finder.When I use this it will come up and say x amount of results but it will never list the results.There is a little circle that goes around like it is loading but it never does.I called them and they said I needed to update my flash player.Idid this.It works on you tube and other sites.Could it be my security settings,,etc?

This isn't a fix but it may get around the problem. Try using Mozilla Firefox instead of IE:
