Having major BSOD Issues

This entire week, I have been getting 1-5 BSOD's.. in less than an hour. Starting to annoy me.
OS -Windows 7
· x64
· What was original installed OS on system? Windows 7
· Is the OS an OEM version (came pre-installed on system) or full retail version (YOU purchased it from retailer)? Pre-installed on system
· Age of system (hardware) 2 months
· Age of OS installation - have you re-installed the OS? no

· CPU - AMD Phenom II x2 555 processor 3.20 GHz
· Video Card Nvidia GeForce GTX 460
· MotherBoard Gigabyte GA-770T-USB3 -- AMD 770
· Power Supply - brand & wattage 700 watt standard

· System Manufacturer Ibuypower
· Exact model number (if laptop, check label on bottom)

11 memory dumps from 18 Mar to 8 April 2011
5 different BSOD error codes
5 different causes blamed.
This is either a hardware problem, or a low-level driver issue (such as compatibility or virus issues). The virus issue is the first thing to check.

MSINFO32 shows this error in Device Manager:

Security Processor Loader Driver ROOT\LEGACY_SPLDR\0000 This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed.

In most cases I find that this is likely to be a symptom of a virus infection. Please try one of these free scans listed here: Free Online AntiMalware Scanners (read the details at the link)
If infected, please follow the directions here: NEW INSTRUCTIONS - Read This Before Posting For Malware Removal Help - Tech Support Forum and start a new topic over in the Security Center.

Once the Security folks fix the issues, then we can continue with the BSOD's (if they still occur).

If not infected, then we'll proceed with these steps:

Once we're finished with everything here, visit the PC manufacturer's website and update ALL drivers. Then visit Windows Update and check the Important Updates. Select Service Pack 1 and let it download and install.

Please disable the NEC USB 3.0 controller in your BIOS. We have seen issues with the 2009 versions of the drivers (which you have) in the past. Feel free to re-enable it once we're done.

OLDER DRIVERS PRESENT IN THE DUMP FILES
- Please update these drivers from the device manufacturer's website - or uninstall/remove them from your system. Reference links are included below.
- DO NOT use Windows Update or the Update Drivers function of Device Manager.
- Please feel free to post back about any drivers that you are having difficulty locating.
