The difficulty is I do not know how to do it, the explanations i read do not give me the information I need, I can't figure it out.

RAM OCZ3OB1600LV4GK (very much not recommended)
CPU "Phenom II X2 550 Black Edition" model HDZ550WFGIBOX

the ram dose not run stable in auto it needs adjustments

edit: apperinly a of of people are having issues with my particular motherboard and RAM combo. (****) my problem if if I use a lot of memory wile playing video it cause the system to reset, I've narrowed the problem down to RAM even though it Memtest86+ cannot find any errors
