anyone know step by step on updating windows

here's the step-by-step you requested:

1. Turn on computer
2. Load operating system
3. Open up internet browser
4. Go to Microsoft.com
5. Search for update you need
6. Download update you need
7. Install update you need
8. Reboot your computer
9. Enjoy update you installed

Start > All Programs > Windows Update (near the top of the list). Follow the prompts once you get to Windows update site. It is usually best to choose "Express Install" when prompted.
