This message comes up when I boot, just after the IDE auto detect screen.

My HD has been running really slow. I have tried reseting the BIOS to default but that didn't work. My Primary master shows up as my DVD writer and I have no other IDE's according to the BIOS screen. Any suggestions would help, Thanks
