I've looked at all the stickies, but the terms and lingo used in those stickies confused me a bit, embarrassingly enough, hah. Vista keeps showing a pop-up saying that my hard drive is going to fail but I'm not sure what to do. It says that I could lose all programs, which, for me isn't a big deal as I've only had this laptop three months and a lot of my important stuff is on an extermal; but still, I want to get this solved.

Where should I start? Which sticky would be best for me? Anything to lead me in the right direction, please.
