I have to suggestions first run fdisk and delete all partitions. then create one new primary partition with all avail space. Then escape out of fdisk and reboot the computer boot to a floppy and tell it to
Then reboot and try to install again. If that does not work try booting to a dos prompt with a disk and type
that will restore the master boot record incase that has become corrupt.
