What kind of cleaning ? virus spyware cleaning ? or do you want to wipe everything off like a format would do? or clean the bad sectors errors ?

I would like to clean the hard drive c: because my computer is so slow starting up and opening pages.There is alot of items that can be taken out of the hard drive.

What you need to do is:
Run, msconfig, OK, startup
and then remove checks from everything buy antivirus, firewall, and power keyboard....
reboot...and enjoy!
