try updating your graphics card drivers here. or you could try reducing your screen resolution. you could also try reducing or increasing the refresh rate of the monitor, sometimes that may be a fix. if you need help with changing the refresh rate let us know.
sry m8 but you have no chance with a 7000 halo is the most badly ported game ever, it runs slow on systems that should completely blast it away. e.g. my system, 3000+ Athlon 64, 1024mb ram and 6600GT, occassionly i get a bit of lag. i know im runnnin it on full detail and at 1280x1024 but it should still be fine. Basically either run it at as low detail as possible or find someway of upgrading, sorry man but sometimes thats just the way it is. Also it has been said that halo doesn't like Nvidia or ATI cards which is stupid because what other cards are there? :4-dontkno
GFX cards are very cheap these days, so you could save some lunch money, which in essence is really what i did when i bought my card. it was only 60 bucks, and it's a 128 ATI Radeon 9200 it ws only a year ago that i bought it. o decent price.
