I just suddenly got this problem with my audio where for example if im listening to music you can hear the rhythm guitar, bass and drums but you cannot hear the vocals or lead guitar and i cannot find any option where to fix this... also like watching something on youtube same problem cannot hear voices only sounds.

Also i am using headphones but i cannot seem to find the headphones option in my realtek hd audio manager or in my sound options in control panel although im pretty sure it was there / selected before....

PLEASE HELP!

P.S. I think part of the problem is that my sound is set to speakers but im using headphones but there doesnt seem to be an option where i can set my headphones as the default device

Make sure that you have all environmental effects turned off.

Double check that you are set to stereo speakers.

Sometimes those onboard audio jacks (were you plug in your headphones) are not the best quality. Try moving your headphone plug around and see what that does.
