Hello. I have an alienware 17 laptop with GTX 770M. When I turn on the laptop, I get no video, just backlight. If I hook up a monitor to the HDMI port on the laptop at the same time, it works. I then took a lower resolution LCD panel and replaced mine and it worked. I then took my LCD panel and installed it in a 3rd party laptop and it works perfectly. So it seems the GTX 770M (or laptop) is having a problem driving the video on my higher resolution lcd panel. I also ordered a new panel and did not solve the problem. so I believe it is the card. As anyone else encountered such a problem before? I don't want to spend the money on a new GTX card unless I can verify the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
Joe
