Growling noise on HP 2400

Practically every HP 2400 series printer that is six months, or so, old, developes this growling noise. Either pulsating or constant. I have spent untold hours trying to solve this problem. When the printer starts up, the fuser turns first and it is quiet. As soon as the delivery ***'y motor turns on, this noise starts. and it continues throughout the printing cycle. If anybody has suggestions on how to fix this problem. Please let me know. I would be forever grateful.:

This is silverselmer,
Through complete desperation I replaced the two lower gears on the fuser drive assembly. Looking inside the printer in fuser and the left side. The gears I replaced is one on the far left. And, the one on thr farthest right. It is immediately quit.:smile:
