I am a newcomer to TSF, and have joined because I am seeking simple answers to some vexing problems that I am experiencing with a firefighting simulation game or with my computer. I am employed as a truck driver for a local aggregate hauler, but because work is so slow, I have found myself spending more and more time at the computer. These problems have cropped up within the last week or so, and when I've addressed my concerns to the forums group (of the game in question), I get some helpful answers - but many times, I get statements like, "...if you'd just read the instruction manual," or "...if you don't understand this particular level, then maybe you shouldn't be playing on a computer," and others. I truly hope that when I post the problems I am having elsewhere in this new TSF Forum, that someone will be patient with me and assist me in getting these problems ironed out. Thank you.

Hi mojaveman......welcome to TSF!! I'd say the forum has you covered in any area you may need assistance with in the way of IT and computing issues. We have the hardware team to make sure the computer is up tp par, the gaming team to assist with gaming issues, the software team to help with operating system woes, the network team to get you connected, and, and,........the security team, in case you happen to connect to something bad.
