Pretty much what happened is one day i came out to my computer after my friend had used it to play counter-strike and from then on whenever i opened anything with 3D Graphics (i.e. World of Warcraft, Hellgate London, When trying to watch movies, that sort of stuff.) Although it would run Diablo II LOD expansion perfectly fine. I'ver also tried switching the monitors out with my friends, nothing changed.

Anyone have any suggestions?

this is what confuses me, when i go into the device manager it says i have a primary drive which consists of a Radeon x1300 but after that it says that it is part of the 1550 series... Whenever i go onto the website it either gives me a choice of the 1300 or 1550 but not both. I dont know if it matters or not but i also have a secondary video card which says its the same thing as the original video card.

Why do you have two cards?

Download and run Everest.
That program will produce a list of what's inside your computer.
In Everest press Computer - then Summary. Save the report as plain text. Please post back, with that report as an attachment.
