Does anyone know what this process in the picture? Its really hogging resources for no reason and I think I may be infected with a trojan. The problem is nothing is detecting it and the files NAV dected it in cant be found. My CPU usage keeps maxing at 100% and my memory usage keeps jumping all over when I am doing nothing. I noticed some heavy system slowness and checked the usage and this is what I found.

This is really strange Anyone have any suggestions ?
