Graphic errors ( pic provided )

ok, so im guessing its a videocard problem since my pc works perfectly fine ( no lag or anything )

but as you can see by the pic provided there is something wrong.
any idea what can cause this ??

i have already updatet My chipset and my graphic card drivers, and the pc is bought and put together around 1 month ago, so its brand new.

dont think its a cooling problem either ( my pc has 7 fans, and its colder in there then outside of it..

if you need more info tell me what and i will find it
