my graphics card wont turn the monitor on when i start my pc and i can hear the graphic cards fan but when i reboot my pc it starts up fine but the graphics card fan isnt on and it starts fine. but the graphics card needs to be installed again..i was playing mass effect 2 on it ealrier just fine this problem jsut occured when i turned of ym computer and returned to it later. And had turned it off a few times.

its a sapphire 6850 and i have a ixtreme M3720 i added a 650w power supply

If you're saying that after a reboot your system powers up fine but with no video- and your video card fan isn't spinning- You either have a bad fan or card (or both). Check your fan connection to the card and make sure the fan isn't plugged up with dust. If the fan isn't spinning you won't get any video output.
