graboid DLmanager ini file problem

Hi I have a program called Graboid that has a problem it says it cant find a file called DLmanager.ini when i search for it I cant find it either but when I look at the error log about where the program is looking for this file I see the following:
Title: EXCEPTION CAUGHT in BeforeNavigate2Event
Message: Could not find file 'C:\Documents and Settings\my name\Configuración local\Datos de programa\Graboid\logs\\DLManager.log'.
and the file does not exist, and i dont know how to create it becuase of the 2 \\ . I dont know how to change it either becuase it seems to be inbedded in the program to go there, theres an option to save in another file but when i change it even tho it excepts the change it keeps trying to go to the file written above.
does anyone have any idea what i can do or if they know where I could go to get help?txs
