I recently built my first PC which went really well, but I started noticing a problem: according to Task Manager, the GPU usage will randomly spike to 100% and then to 0%, which will crash games such as Minecraft and break some graphics of other programs (after a spike, Discord will just be a black screen for example). I was hoping to find a solution to this problem here perhaps.

Here are my PC specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
RAM: 2x8GB Corsair Vengeance Pro
MoBo: MSI MPG X570 GAMING PRO CARBON WIFI
GPU: Gigabyte Aorus Nvidia RTX 3070Ti
PSU: Corsair SF750
I don't use any 3rd party antivirus program

What I've tried so far: Updating Drivers, Underclocking GPU by -50 MHz, reinstalling various games

I mostly observe these spikes while playing Minecraft, which is how I discovered them in the first place because one such a spike would most likely crash Minecraft (java edition) with an exception_access_violation error.

What I might try in the future: updating BIOS (I'm not sure if it is up to date), Underclocking the GPU further

Thank you in advance for your help, I hope this will be fruitful.

Download free version RAM Test and let's see if that's the problem.
