dear friend i am using windows server 2003 i want gpo for change lan setting ,disable is possible but i want change lan setting centralise

if you disable the lan via a gpo you won't be able to reenable the lan via gpo. You will have to visit each pc to undo the gpo.

That doesn't make any sense.
