Many U.S. and I guess other country Government Agencies post their forms online for download or to be filled in via direct .pdf. I'm posting this as a warning as 3rd party providers also post the forms. If you don't go directly to the proper agency, the data can be used for advertising purposes at best or more devious uses by the "bad guys".

The advice offered by Corday applies not only to these forms, but generally.

Best practice is to always obtain whatever it is you are intending to download directly from the source: the website of the company, agency, or other entity that generated it in the first place.

It takes mere seconds with a web search to find said locations if you happen upon something you want or need that is not being hosted by same when you find it.

Downloading from unknown third parties is just asking for trouble when the alternative of going to the source exists (and even when it doesn't, but there are very rare occasions where you have no choice).
