I recently got an SSD ( an m.2 intel 665p) for my PC and was hoping to migrate my OS and other data to it to speed up the PC. I followed a youtube tutorial and downloaded Macrium reflect free and started the cloning. It seemed to go fine but at the end it indicated: "error 0 failed to read 23 data error (cyclical redundancy check". I tried to boot of the SSD but it wouldn't. I was told that sometimes it was just a limitation of Macrium. So I downloaded EaseUS to try it there. It shows me that I have data on both drives and that I cannot clone to SSD because it is my boot drive. However my HDD is still C: and I cannot open D: which I assume is my SSD because it says it's structure is unreadable and corrupted. So I am unsure which drive is my boot drive, why I can't open it if it has data, and how I can clone succesfully. (Additionally Apex was giving my error codes at one point, but I have no clue if this is related). I am completely lost, and any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like you may have received a defective Intel 665p. I'd return it for a replacement or refund.
Thanks for the tip! Unfortunately I don't live somewhere where that would be easy/possible, so i'll try other options first. I'm also guessing the errors have to with possible HDD damage or just general data jank. Thanks anyhow!
