Google Chrome "No Disk" error -(going crazy

"There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive \device\Harddisk1\DR1."

it is particularly annoying when I go to a new youtube video page and it pops up.
I don't think it's something wrong with the software because I noticed that the problem was not occurring the entire day so i suspect it's happening because of something I plug into the computer but I just don't know what because I unplug everything and it still happens.

do you have an external hard disk which you plug and unplug often ?

if yes maybe the disk took the drive letter C , instead of your internal hard disk .
