Gmod not showing full screen..windows 7

I just paid for and downloaded Gmod and Counter Strike Source so I can play Gmod on Steam, and Counter Strike and Gmod only show up in the top left of the monitor.

Please help.:upset:

go into the counter strike go to options/ video/ *drop down box* full screen
