Glitching & Lagging
Hi everyone :smile:
I've had this problem since I got the laptop, and it's getting quite annoying. Whenever I try to watch videos, the video always glitches and lags, and is all jerky and stops and starts randomly. Even if I set to low quality, it still does it. It also does the same thing when scrolling on normal webpages and the like. I don't know if it's something I can fix, or if I need a new video card.
I'm running on Windows XP on a Toshiba Satellite.

Specs? Sorry I don't know what you mean.
the specifications on your computer...
ex. the processor speed, amount of ram u got etc..

Hi,
Check your CPU usage. Go into the Task Manager (Ctrl + Alt + Del and then click Task Manager if necessary) and go to the Performance tab and see if your CPU usage is high, like above 60% constantly.
To find out your specs, Download Everest and do a report, and then post that here.
