That board only supports dual core and not quad core.
Gigabyte GA-945GZM-S2 and a Q6600?
I have a GA-945GZM-S2 mobo (rev 3.something) and I want to buy a Q6600 processor. The Gigabyte website says that this processor is unsupported, but it also says that the mobo can OC to 1066MHz. I am wondering if I can get this processor to work, or if I should try something else. Thanks!
