I recently purchased a new motherboard. A Giga-Byte GA-7VKMP and I am having a terrible problem. When I shut down the computer, about 5 minutes later it boots up again. The only way, I have found to stop this, is to cut the power to the PC. I have asked my local computer store for advice and all they came up with was that my Wake on LAN was set to on. Well for one, I do not have a cable modem or ISDN, and I am not hooked up to a home network. So this didn't resolve my issue. Please can anyone help? This is driving me crazy.

Look around in your BIOS settings for something that might trigger a power on.

There is all so a jumper on the motherboard too.......
