GHz is an abbreviation for gigahertz (measurement of clock speeds in computer terms), not a physical device. What are you trying to transfer?

GHz is a measurement of the CPU's speed.

Are you trying to transfer the CPU from the old compuer to the new?

What make/model are the 2 motherboards and what CPU are you using?

To use a car analogy, your question is like asking how to transfer the miles-per-hour from one car to another. You could transfer the engine if it was compatible with both cars, but not the mph. So, in computer terms, you could transfer the CPU from one PC to another if the motherboards are compatible.
